Chai Flavored Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1 mashed medjool date

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware container the night before

  2. Give a good stir and set in fridge overnight (or if you forget like I tend to do, give it at least an hour)

  3. Top oats with different fruits, nuts or seeds

  4. Enjoy
