Creamy Coconut Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (from a can)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 banana ?(smashed)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt

Preparation

  1. 1 Serving

  2. In a saucepan, mix the oats, water, coconut milk, the banana smashed, cinnamon and sea salt. Simmer for about 10min until the oats are cooked and everything well combined

  3. I served with homemade chia jam red berries (I will be posting the recipe ???), bee pollen, shredded coconut, goji berries and cacao nibs
