Creamy Coconut Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (from a can)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 banana ?(smashed)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
Preparation
1 Serving
In a saucepan, mix the oats, water, coconut milk, the banana smashed, cinnamon and sea salt. Simmer for about 10min until the oats are cooked and everything well combined
I served with homemade chia jam red berries (I will be posting the recipe ???), bee pollen, shredded coconut, goji berries and cacao nibs
