Creamy Vegan Nutella Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 Tbsp homemade Nutella
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of pink sea salt
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. The next day, you can eat it as it is or cook for a couple of minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Add a bit more milk if desired.

  4. Top with fresh fruits, vegan yogurt, bee pollen, or anything else you like.

  5. Note that the oats can be served cold or hot; hot version is thicker and creamier, so consider cooking it briefly in the morning.
