Creamy Vegan Nutella Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan milk
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 Tbsp homemade Nutella
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- Pinch of pink sea salt
- 1 tsp cacao nibs (optional)
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a jar and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, you can eat it as it is or cook for a couple of minutes, stirring frequently.
Add a bit more milk if desired.
Top with fresh fruits, vegan yogurt, bee pollen, or anything else you like.
Note that the oats can be served cold or hot; hot version is thicker and creamier, so consider cooking it briefly in the morning.
