Simple Overnight Oats Bowl for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup yoghurt (this week I’m using @kokodairyfree)
  • 1/3 cup @alpro almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all together and leave in the fridge overnight

  2. Top with fruit in the morning
