Hearty Protein Porridge with Seeds and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 50g jumbo oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 25g protein powder (vanilla performance)

Toppings

  • 1/2 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • shredded apple

Preparation

  1. Heat the ingredients with water until desired thickness.

  2. Serve with 1/2 tablespoon organic peanut butter and shredded apple.

  3. For a lower carb option, replace oats with additional chia seeds.

  4. For a lower fat option, replace nut butter with other fruit, frozen fruit, coconut chips, desiccated coconut, dried fruit, or dark chocolate.
