Hearty Protein Porridge with Seeds and Toppings
Ingredients
- 50g jumbo oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 25g protein powder (vanilla performance)
Toppings
- 1/2 tbsp organic peanut butter
- shredded apple
Preparation
Heat the ingredients with water until desired thickness.
Serve with 1/2 tablespoon organic peanut butter and shredded apple.
For a lower carb option, replace oats with additional chia seeds.
For a lower fat option, replace nut butter with other fruit, frozen fruit, coconut chips, desiccated coconut, dried fruit, or dark chocolate.
