Coconut Milk Oatmeal with Seeds and Toppings
Ingredients
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 5 tablespoons of oats
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- some cinnamon
Toppings
- roasted coconut
- mulberries
- frozen raspberries
- quinoa puffs
- pecan nuts
- peanut butter
- vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
Preparation
Chop the apple into small pieces
In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, oats, chopped apple, raisins, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired
Serve in a bowl and add toppings: roasted coconut, mulberries, frozen raspberries, quinoa puffs, pecan nuts, peanut butter, and vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
