Coconut Milk Oatmeal with Seeds and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 5 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • some cinnamon

Toppings

  • roasted coconut
  • mulberries
  • frozen raspberries
  • quinoa puffs
  • pecan nuts
  • peanut butter
  • vegan chocolate hazelnut spread

Preparation

  1. Chop the apple into small pieces

  2. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, oats, chopped apple, raisins, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired

  4. Serve in a bowl and add toppings: roasted coconut, mulberries, frozen raspberries, quinoa puffs, pecan nuts, peanut butter, and vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
