Apple Date Cauliflower Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • almond milk
  • 1/2 grated apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tsp flax
  • cinnamon
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 1 heaped spoon vanilla protein

Toppings

  • frozen raspberries
  • peanut butter (Pip & Nut)
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/2 cup gluten-free oats overnight.

  2. Combine the soaked oats with almond milk, grated apple, frozen cauliflower rice, flax, cinnamon, chopped dates, and vanilla protein.

  3. Top the mixture with frozen raspberries, peanut butter, and bee pollen.
