Cocoa Cauliflower Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked gluten-free oats
- frozen cauliflower rice
- 2 dates
- 1 teaspoon coco gogo blend
- pea milk
- pinch of salt
Toppings
- persimmon
- pomegranate
- pip and nut
- dried mulberries
Preparation
Soak 1/2 cup of gluten-free oats in water or pea milk for several hours or overnight.
Combine the soaked oats with frozen cauliflower rice, 2 dates, 1 teaspoon coco gogo blend, pea milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.
Top the mixture with persimmon, pomegranate, pip and nut, and dried mulberries.
