Cocoa Cauliflower Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soaked gluten-free oats
  • frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 dates
  • 1 teaspoon coco gogo blend
  • pea milk
  • pinch of salt

Toppings

  • persimmon
  • pomegranate
  • pip and nut
  • dried mulberries

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/2 cup of gluten-free oats in water or pea milk for several hours or overnight.

  2. Combine the soaked oats with frozen cauliflower rice, 2 dates, 1 teaspoon coco gogo blend, pea milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Top the mixture with persimmon, pomegranate, pip and nut, and dried mulberries.
