Apple and Date Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free soaked oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 grated apple
- Skinny oat milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp milled flax
- Loads of cinnamon
- 2 chopped dates
Toppings
- Frozen blueberries
- Fig
- Pip and nut
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a bowl or pot.
Heat or cook the mixture until desired consistency is reached, stirring occasionally.
Add toppings and serve warm.
