Apple and Date Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soaked oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 grated apple
  • Skinny oat milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp milled flax
  • Loads of cinnamon
  • 2 chopped dates

Toppings

  • Frozen blueberries
  • Fig
  • Pip and nut

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a bowl or pot.

  2. Heat or cook the mixture until desired consistency is reached, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add toppings and serve warm.
