Salted Caramel Apple Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf soaked oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • Pea mylk
  • Stewed cinnamon apple
  • 1/2 scoop salted caramel protein
  • 1 tsp milled flax

Toppings

  • frozen raspberries
  • coconut almond butter
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Stew the cinnamon apples with cinnamon until soft

  2. In a pot, combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, pea mylk, salted caramel protein, and milled flax. Cook on the stove top until the mixture thickens

  3. Serve the oat mixture and add the toppings: stewed cinnamon apples, frozen raspberries, coconut almond butter, and bee pollen
