Easy Overnight Coffee Oats with Fruits and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 spoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
  • dash cinnamon
  • kiwi
  • frozen raspberries
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, flax seeds, cold brew coffee, and cinnamon in a container and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. In the morning, add a dash more cold brew coffee to loosen the mixture.

  3. Top with kiwi, frozen raspberries, and bee pollen.

  4. Serve and enjoy for a healthy breakfast.
