Easy Overnight Coffee Oats with Fruits and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 spoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
- dash cinnamon
- kiwi
- frozen raspberries
- bee pollen
Preparation
Combine the oats, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, flax seeds, cold brew coffee, and cinnamon in a container and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning, add a dash more cold brew coffee to loosen the mixture.
Top with kiwi, frozen raspberries, and bee pollen.
Serve and enjoy for a healthy breakfast.
