Overnight Matcha Zucchini Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 spoon vanilla coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • Almond milk
  • Fresh mango
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Honey almond butter
  • Bee pollen
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, matcha powder, vanilla coconut yogurt, grated zucchini, and almond milk in a bowl, then leave overnight in the fridge.

  2. In the morning, microwave the mixture for 2 minutes.

  3. Add fresh mango, frozen raspberries, honey almond butter, bee pollen, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, then mix well.
