Overnight Matcha Zucchini Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 spoon vanilla coconut yogurt
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- Almond milk
- Fresh mango
- Frozen raspberries
- Honey almond butter
- Bee pollen
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Combine the oats, matcha powder, vanilla coconut yogurt, grated zucchini, and almond milk in a bowl, then leave overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, microwave the mixture for 2 minutes.
Add fresh mango, frozen raspberries, honey almond butter, bee pollen, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, then mix well.
