Vanilla Matcha Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 sachet vanilla protein powder
- 1 date, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Almond milk
Toppings
- Frozen raspberries
- Pomegranate seeds
- Peanut butter
- Bee pollen
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the oats, cauliflower rice, matcha powder, vanilla protein powder, chopped date, salt, and almond milk. Mix well.
Refrigerate and let soak for at least a few hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with frozen raspberries, pomegranate seeds, peanut butter, and bee pollen.
