Cinnamon and Vanilla Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 tsp flax
- Loads of cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- Oat milk
- Vanilla protein
Toppings
- Sautéed apple
- Frozen blueberries
- Maple peanut butter
- Bee pollen
Preparation
Bring oat milk to a boil.
Add soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, flax, cinnamon, and salt to the boiling milk and cook until thick and creamy.
Stir in vanilla protein just before eating.
Prepare toppings by sautéing apple and adding frozen blueberries, maple peanut butter, and bee pollen.
