Microwaved Gluten-Free Pancake Batter Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gf oat flour (blitzed oats)
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 spoons gingerbread syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to prepare the pancake batter.

  2. Allow the batter to sit overnight.

  3. Cook the batter in the microwave for 2 minutes to make porridge.

  4. Alternatively, use the batter to make pancakes by cooking on a griddle or pan.
