Microwaved Gluten-Free Pancake Batter Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup gf oat flour (blitzed oats)
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 spoons gingerbread syrup
- Cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to prepare the pancake batter.
Allow the batter to sit overnight.
Cook the batter in the microwave for 2 minutes to make porridge.
Alternatively, use the batter to make pancakes by cooking on a griddle or pan.
