Pumpkin Spiced Oats
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- pinch salt
- 1 cup (100g) oats
- • 1 1/2 heaped tbsp 100% natural pumpkin purée from a can
- a splash of oat milk (or any plant milk)
Preparation
Add the oats, all the spices & salt into a saucepan, stir everything together
Cover the oats with a little boiling water, stir well, until gloopy, then stir in the pumpkin purée, maple syrup & vanilla extract
Heat up the porridge on the hob at a medium heat setting until hot, then turn the heat down to low & simmer for 5 mins adding a few splashes of oat milk until you reach your desired porridge consistency
Top with your favourite toppings!Drizzle with extra maple syrup. Enjoy
