Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 spoon peanut protein
  • 1 date
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon milled flax

Toppings

  • Mango
  • Pomegranate
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats as indicated in the ingredients.

  2. Combine all base ingredients in a bowl to form the oat mixture.

  3. Add the toppings and serve immediately.
