Peanut Protein Cauliflower Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 spoon peanut protein
- 1 date
- Dash of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon milled flax
Toppings
- Mango
- Pomegranate
- Bee pollen
Preparation
Soak the oats as indicated in the ingredients.
Combine all base ingredients in a bowl to form the oat mixture.
Add the toppings and serve immediately.
