Creamy Vanilla Cauliflower Oats with Persimmon

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free oats soaked in water
  • Frozen cauliflower rice
  • Oat milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Half sachet vanilla protein powder

Add-ins

  • Persimmon
  • Coconut oil
  • Agave syrup
  • Maple peanut butter
  • Frozen raspberries

Preparation

  1. Bring oat milk to a boil first.

  2. Add soaked gluten-free oats, frozen cauliflower rice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Cook until desired consistency is reached.

  4. Stir in half sachet of vanilla protein powder at the end.

  5. For persimmon, sauté half a persimmon in coconut oil with cinnamon and a squeeze of agave syrup.

  6. Top the oats with maple peanut butter and frozen raspberries to cool it down.
