Creamy Vanilla Cauliflower Oats with Persimmon
Ingredients
- Gluten-free oats soaked in water
- Frozen cauliflower rice
- Oat milk
- Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Half sachet vanilla protein powder
Add-ins
- Persimmon
- Coconut oil
- Agave syrup
- Maple peanut butter
- Frozen raspberries
Preparation
Bring oat milk to a boil first.
Add soaked gluten-free oats, frozen cauliflower rice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Cook until desired consistency is reached.
Stir in half sachet of vanilla protein powder at the end.
For persimmon, sauté half a persimmon in coconut oil with cinnamon and a squeeze of agave syrup.
Top the oats with maple peanut butter and frozen raspberries to cool it down.
