Ingredients
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/3 cup (80g) pumpkin purée
- 15g @reflexnutrition cacao & caramel protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender to create a smooth mixture.
