Cozy Pumpkin Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp @reflexnutrition vanilla plant based protein
Toppings
- baked pear
- blueberries
- @pipandnut almond butter
- @troo_realfood granola
Preparation
Warm milk in a pan, add chia seeds, pumpkin and spices and simmer on a low heat until starting to thicken.
Stir in protein powder to thicken further and adjust milk to desired consistency.
Add toppings such as baked pear, blueberries, almond butter and granola.
