Cozy Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk ?
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp @reflexnutrition vanilla plant based protein

Preparation

  1. Warm milk in a pan, add chia seeds, pumpkin and spices and simmer on a low heat until starting to thicken. Stir in protein powder to thicken further and adjust milk to desired consistency

  2. Add toppings: baked pear, blueberries, @pipandnut almond butter & @troo_realfood granola
