Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (approx)
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (half PB2 and half normal)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- large handful of ice
Toppings
- granola (Purely Elizabeth brand)
- cacao nibs
- chia seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Top with granola, cacao nibs, and chia seeds
