Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (approx)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (half PB2 and half normal)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • large handful of ice

Toppings

  • granola (Purely Elizabeth brand)
  • cacao nibs
  • chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Top with granola, cacao nibs, and chia seeds
