Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee (room temp is best)
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop fave protein
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup ice

Toppings

  • Hemp seeds
  • Granola (as desired)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Scoop into a glass or bowl

  3. Top with hemp seeds and your favorite granola

Notes

  1. Use room temperature coffee for best results
