Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee (room temp is best)
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop fave protein
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup ice
Toppings
- Hemp seeds
- Granola (as desired)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Scoop into a glass or bowl
Top with hemp seeds and your favorite granola
Notes
Use room temperature coffee for best results
