Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 can pumpkin
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- sprinkle of salt
- dash of cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp almond milk
Optional add-ins
- collagen peptides
- protein powder
Toppings
- sliced banana
- pepitas
- hemp seeds
- cacao nibs
- pumpkin granola
Preparation
Add 1 frozen banana, 1/3 can pumpkin, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, sprinkle of salt, dash of cinnamon, 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, and 2-3 tbsp almond milk to a blender. Purée until smooth, thick and creamy.
Optionally add collagen peptides or protein powder.
Top with sliced banana, pepitas, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and pumpkin granola.
To make it a smoothie instead, add ice cubes and more almond milk.
