Peanut Butter Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • sprinkle of salt
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2-3 tbsp almond milk

Optional add-ins

  • collagen peptides
  • protein powder

Toppings

  • sliced banana
  • pepitas
  • hemp seeds
  • cacao nibs
  • pumpkin granola

Preparation

  1. Add 1 frozen banana, 1/3 can pumpkin, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, sprinkle of salt, dash of cinnamon, 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, and 2-3 tbsp almond milk to a blender. Purée until smooth, thick and creamy.

  2. Optionally add collagen peptides or protein powder.

  3. Top with sliced banana, pepitas, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and pumpkin granola.

  4. To make it a smoothie instead, add ice cubes and more almond milk.
