Ingredients
- 1.5 banana
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 date
- 25 ml coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons cauliflower rice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- shredded coconut
- cacao nibs
- quinoa puffs
- granola from healthygranola.nl
Preparation
Blend all the main ingredients together until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
