Cauli Cacao Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1.5 banana
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 date
  • 25 ml coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons cauliflower rice
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana
  • shredded coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • quinoa puffs
  • granola from healthygranola.nl

Preparation

  1. Blend all the main ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
