Cauli Berry Oats

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 4 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • frozen berries
  • 1 teaspoon of chia
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana
  • some nuts
  • raw cookie dough bites from livias
  • quinoa puffs
  • cacao nibs
  • peanut butter and mulberries

Preparation

  1. For the oats I used 200 ml of almond milk, 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice, 4 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds

  2. I cooked the frozen berries in a saucepan, added 20 ml of hot water, 1 teaspoon of chia and some cinnamon

  3. I combined the berries with the oats in the bowl

  4. Try not to stir with your spoon but flip and twist

  5. For toppings I used 1/2 banana, some nuts, raw cookie dough bites from livias, quinoa puffs, cacao nibs, peanut butter and mulberries

  6. Enjoy
