Cauli Berry Oats
Ingredients
- 200 ml of almond milk
- 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon of chia
- cinnamon
- 1/2 banana
- some nuts
- raw cookie dough bites from livias
- quinoa puffs
- cacao nibs
- peanut butter and mulberries
Preparation
For the oats I used 200 ml of almond milk, 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice, 4 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds and 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
I cooked the frozen berries in a saucepan, added 20 ml of hot water, 1 teaspoon of chia and some cinnamon
I combined the berries with the oats in the bowl
Try not to stir with your spoon but flip and twist
For toppings I used 1/2 banana, some nuts, raw cookie dough bites from livias, quinoa puffs, cacao nibs, peanut butter and mulberries
