Vegan High Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 whole dates
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Preparation
If dates are not sticky and moist, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes and then drain.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
