Vegan High Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 whole dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Preparation

  1. If dates are not sticky and moist, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes and then drain.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.
