Delicious Autumn Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of organic pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup frozen organic squash
- 6 baby organic carrots
- 1/2 of a zucchini
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cashew butter (declared low FODMAP)
Preparation
Add ingredients in the order listed to a blender and puree until smooth. Serves 2.
