Delicious Autumn Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of organic pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic squash
  • 6 baby organic carrots
  • 1/2 of a zucchini
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter (declared low FODMAP)

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed to a blender and puree until smooth. Serves 2.
