Mango Lassi and Chia Pudding Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/4 c chia
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pitaya powder
- 1 mango
- 2 passion fruits
- 100 ml coconut yogurt
- amaranth
Preparation
Combine all ingredients for chia pudding in a bowl. Stir often until the chia thickens. Refrigerate for at least 30 min.
Blend mango and yogurt and add passion fruit for mango lassi.
Layer the mango lassi, chia pudding, amaranth, coconut yogurt and fresh fruit as you wish.
