Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 3 prunes
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 100 ml almond milk
