Cacao Ginger Oat Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- small chunk fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1/2 small banana
- 3 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- almond milk
Toppings
- granola
- banana slices
- blueberries
- sliced dark chocolate
Preparation
Soak the oats, ginger, cacao powder, chia seeds, almond butter, banana, and coconut yoghurt covered in almond milk, stir well, and leave for at least 1 hour.
Add more almond milk to the blender cup to make it smooth and blend.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with granola, banana slices, blueberries, and sliced dark chocolate.
