Cacao Ginger Oat Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • small chunk fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 3 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • almond milk

Toppings

  • granola
  • banana slices
  • blueberries
  • sliced dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats, ginger, cacao powder, chia seeds, almond butter, banana, and coconut yoghurt covered in almond milk, stir well, and leave for at least 1 hour.

  2. Add more almond milk to the blender cup to make it smooth and blend.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with granola, banana slices, blueberries, and sliced dark chocolate.
