Super Creamy Cacao Ginger Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 cm piece of fresh ginger
  • 3 prunes
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 heaped tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 100ml plant-based milk

Toppings

  • granola
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • dark chocolate
  • raspberries
  • peanut butter
  • vanoffee chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with granola, sliced banana, melted dark chocolate, a couple of raspberries, a teaspoon of crunchy organic peanut butter, and a dusting of vanoffee chocolate.
