Blackberry Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen and fresh blackberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Small chunk of fresh ginger (optional)
- 1 heaped spoonful of coconut yoghurt
- 50ml plantbased mylk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with mixed berry chia jam, berries, dark chocolate, more peanut butter, and crunchy granola.
