Blackberry Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen and fresh blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Small chunk of fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1 heaped spoonful of coconut yoghurt
  • 50ml plantbased mylk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with mixed berry chia jam, berries, dark chocolate, more peanut butter, and crunchy granola.
