Deliciously Calming Green Smoothie with Avocado and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • 2 cm chunk fresh ginger
  • 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender cup.

  2. Fill the blender cup to the max liquid line with unsweetened almond milk.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
