Deliciously Calming Green Smoothie with Avocado and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 large handfuls fresh spinach leaves
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- 2 cm chunk fresh ginger
- 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender cup.
Fill the blender cup to the max liquid line with unsweetened almond milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
