Refreshing Green Smoothie with Avocado and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1/2 a ripe avocado
- 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- 2 cm chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 heaped tbsp of mixed seeds
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- Unsweetened almond milk (to fill blender to max liquid line)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender cup.
Fill to the max liquid line with unsweetened almond milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
