Refreshing Green Smoothie with Avocado and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a ripe avocado
  • 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • 2 cm chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 heaped tbsp of mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Unsweetened almond milk (to fill blender to max liquid line)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender cup.

  2. Fill to the max liquid line with unsweetened almond milk.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
