Easy Blueberry Smoothie with Spinach and Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein or collagen

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Add more ice or almond milk to adjust texture as desired.

  3. Optionally top with additional frozen blueberries, peanut butter granola, and more peanut butter.
