Creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with Fall Spices

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 avocado or 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Greek yogurt (for topping)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Top with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  4. Replace avocado with coconut milk if preferred for a different texture.
