Creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with Fall Spices
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 avocado or 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Greek yogurt (for topping)
Preparation
In a blender, mix together all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Top with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Replace avocado with coconut milk if preferred for a different texture.
