Creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 avocado or 1/2 cup coconut milk
Toppings
- Greek yogurt
- cinnamon
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Top the smoothie with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Tips
Avocado is added for creaminess and can be replaced with coconut milk if preferred.
