Creamy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein (I used @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 avocado or 1/2 cup coconut milk

Toppings

  • Greek yogurt
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Top the smoothie with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Tips

  1. Avocado is added for creaminess and can be replaced with coconut milk if preferred.
