Healthy Green Smoothie Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop @ancientnutrition vanilla collagen
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add more ice or milk to adjust consistency as desired.

  4. Top with kefir and granola or similar toppings.
