Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4-1/2 cup Lifeway pumpkin spice kefir
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
In a jar, mix together all the ingredients.
Shake well to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
Top with grain-free granola before serving.
Note that using kefir makes the pudding creamy and provides probiotics without cooking.
