Pumpkin Spice Chia Fluff Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp Lakanto maple sweetener
  • 1/2 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein

Preparation

  1. Soak the chia seeds overnight with oat milk, maple sweetener, and pumpkin pie spice.

  2. In the morning, blend the soaked mixture with pumpkin puree and vanilla plant protein.

  3. Serve with fruit of choice, such as peaches and figs, along with cacao nibs, goji berries, and granola.
