Creamy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Frosty
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup Edward & Sons Native Forest Cashew Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 cups ice or frozen cauliflower
Preparation
Blend everything except ice until very smooth and creamy.
Add the ice or frozen cauliflower and blend briefly until thick and frosty.
Pour into a glass.
Top with coconut yogurt or cream, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
