Creamy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Frosty

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup Edward & Sons Native Forest Cashew Milk Powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1-2 cups ice or frozen cauliflower

Preparation

  1. Blend everything except ice until very smooth and creamy.

  2. Add the ice or frozen cauliflower and blend briefly until thick and frosty.

  3. Pour into a glass.

  4. Top with coconut yogurt or cream, chopped pecans, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
