Easy Lower Sugar Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 cups cold brew
- 1 cup almond milk
- 0.5 cup water
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein or collagen
- 2.5 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Serve over ice.
Tips
You can substitute vanilla protein or collagen with 2 tsp vanilla, but add more sweetener if needed.
Adjust the amount of maple syrup depending on whether you use vanilla protein or not.
