Easy Lower Sugar Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 cups cold brew
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein or collagen
  • 2.5 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Serve over ice.

Tips

  1. You can substitute vanilla protein or collagen with 2 tsp vanilla, but add more sweetener if needed.

  2. Adjust the amount of maple syrup depending on whether you use vanilla protein or not.
