Ingredients

  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 2 cm piece fresh ginger
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • Small handful of mixed seeds
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
