- 1 frozen or fresh banana
- 2 cm piece fresh ginger
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- Small handful of mixed seeds
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
