Cacao Coconut and Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 date
  • 2cm fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1&1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp crunch dark roasted peanut butter
  • 1 small handful of toasted coconut chips
  • 3 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding coconut milk to help with blending.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with additional coconut chips, banana, peanut butter, dark chocolate chunks, and melted dark chocolate (85%).
