Cacao Coconut and Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 date
- 2cm fresh ginger (optional)
- 1&1/2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp crunch dark roasted peanut butter
- 1 small handful of toasted coconut chips
- 3 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
- 4 tbsp coconut milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding coconut milk to help with blending.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Top with additional coconut chips, banana, peanut butter, dark chocolate chunks, and melted dark chocolate (85%).
