Delicious Cinnamon Coconut Porridge Bowls

Ingredients

  • oats
  • coconut milk
  • 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons mixed seeds
  • date and cashew butter caramel
  • granola
  • coconut yoghurt
  • dark chocolate buttons
  • cashew milk
  • fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Make oats with coconut milk, 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yogurt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons mixed seeds.

  2. Top with date and cashew butter caramel, granola, coconut yoghurt, and dark chocolate buttons.

  3. For the chocolate milk, blend cashew milk, a piece of fresh ginger, and 1 tablespoon cacao powder.
