Cashew Banana Cacao Creamy Porridge
Ingredients
- oats
- 1 teaspoon cashew butter
- 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 banana
- cashew milk
- plant-based milk
- boiled water
Toppings
- melted dark chocolate
- banana
- cashew butter
- granola
- toasted cashews
Preparation
Add 1 teaspoon cashew butter, 1 heaped tablespoon cacao powder, and 1/2 banana (mashed or sliced) to oats in a pan.
Cover with cashew milk and heat slowly.
Add a mixture of plant-based milk and boiled water until the desired consistency is reached.
Stir continuously to prevent sticking, as cacao may cause the porridge to stick more easily.
Top with melted dark chocolate, banana, cashew butter, granola, and toasted cashews before serving.
