Chocolate Cashew Açaí Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen packet of açaí
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons blueberry yoghurt
- Small handful of cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 cup plant-based milk
Toppings
- granola
- nuts
- blackberries
- more blueberry yoghurt
- chocolate syrup
Preparation
Put all ingredients except the plant-based milk and toppings in the blender.
Pour over 1 cup of plant-based milk.
Blend until smooth.
Scoop the mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, nuts, blackberries, more blueberry yoghurt, and a squeeze of chocolate syrup. Note that it may not be very sweet, so the toppings can add sweetness.
