Chocolate Cashew Açaí Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen packet of açaí
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons blueberry yoghurt
  • Small handful of cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cashew butter
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Toppings

  • granola
  • nuts
  • blackberries
  • more blueberry yoghurt
  • chocolate syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients except the plant-based milk and toppings in the blender.

  2. Pour over 1 cup of plant-based milk.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Scoop the mixture into a bowl.

  5. Top with granola, nuts, blackberries, more blueberry yoghurt, and a squeeze of chocolate syrup. Note that it may not be very sweet, so the toppings can add sweetness.
