Chocolate Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cashew yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 dates or 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • almond milk as needed

Toppings

  • cashew yogurt
  • blackberries
  • toasted coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and freeze it.

  2. Blend the frozen avocado with cashew yogurt, cacao powder, dates or sweetener, salt, and almond milk until smooth.

  3. Top the smoothie bowl with additional cashew yogurt, blackberries, and toasted coconut flakes.
