Chocolate Ginger and Walnut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 5 walnuts
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- Small handful of coconut chips
- 2cm chunk of fresh ginger
- Almond milk as needed
Preparation
Blend the banana, dates, cacao powder, walnuts, chia seeds, coconut chips, ginger, and almond milk until smooth, adding enough almond milk to prevent the blender from overheating.
Spoon the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, coconut chips, blueberries, walnuts, cacao nibs, and any other desired toppings.
