Ginger Spinach Smoothie with Cacao

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (using frozen as run out of fresh)
  • 1 very large handful of spinach leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2cm chunk of fresh ginger (from the freezer stash)
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp almond & cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Plant based milk (fill blender cup to top liquid mark)
